    Binibigyan namin ng boses ang mga Rohingya, na ang mismong buhay ay itinatatwa ng iba

    Inuusig, inaapi, at itinutulak na magkubli, ang mga Rohingyang nakatira sa mga kampo sa Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh at ibang mga bansa ay nananatiling may malalaking pangangailangan sa kalusugan, tubig, sanitasyon, at proteksyon. 

    Gayunpaman, wala pa ring mga ginagawang hakbang upang putulin ang ugat ng mga suliranin ng mga Rohingya—ang kawalan ng estado, o statelessness. 

     

    Dumating kami sa Bangladesh noong 2017. Pumarito kami dahil inaaresto at pinapaslang ang mga Rohingya sa Myanmar. Ang aming mga pamayanan ay isa-isang sinusunog. Binobomba ang aming mga bahay ng mga eroplano. Walong araw naming inobserbahan ito, sa pag-asang magiging kalmado rin ang sitwasyon. Ngunit lalo lang lumala ang lahat. Nangamba kami para sa aming buhay, at nagsimula kaming magsitakas, patungo sa kahit saang lugar na maaari naming puntahan.
